Return & Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Guarantee

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery if it’s defective, damaged, or not as described.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• Item must be unused and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.
• Certain products such as intimate or perishable goods may not be returnable.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within  7–10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If you need an exchange for a different size or color, contact our support team before returning the product.

6. Undelivered or Lost Orders

If an order is confirmed as undelivered or lost in transit after dispatch, we will conduct an investigation with our shipping partner using the tracking information. If the shipment is confirmed as undelivered, the customer will be eligible for a full refund of the product amount.
